Healthy Babies Healthy Children Home visits and information for expectant and new parents who may want extra support * voluntary participation
 
Know and Grow Line Public health nurse available in person or by phone to discuss and provide resources and answer health questions about yourself and/or your children
 
Prenatal Classes Free online prenatal classes for residents of Oxford, Elgin and St Thomas * information on breastfeeding, physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after birth, parenting and baby care, labour and birth
