Get trained to deliver functional exercise programs to older adults - Seniors' Fitness Instructors Course, Functional Fitness for Older Adults, Restorative Care Education and Training Program, Tiered Exercise Program, Continuing Education Workshops Affiliated with Western University, Faculty of Health Sciences |
