Description of Services: Community treatment for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, including bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia and struggle with a substance use issue  (concurrent disorder)

Treatment methods include cognitive-behavioral, bio-psychosocial, harm reduction and abstinence * offers relapse prevention, treatment for family members, guided self-change, and aftercare following residential treatment

Appointments available in Owen Sound, Hanover, Kincardine, Markdale, Southampton

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults with both substance use and serious mental health problems (concurrent disorders)
Application: Self or service provider referral * referrals are received and screened centrally through the Owen Sound site
