Description of Services: Mental health centre offering a full range of services for persons with a serious mental illness

Intensive Case Management - An interdisciplinary team of both CMHA and Grey Bruce Health Services staff work to meet the complex needs of clients with serious mental illness who require a high degree of support in their community * program assists clients by bringing mental health services into their community and homes to increase the individual's quality of life and allow them the opportunity to work towards recovery
 
Bruce Shoreline Mental Health Team Multi-agency team that provides access to core mental health services: information and referral, mental health counselling, intensive case management, housing and outreach support, social recreational activities and leisure access support services
