Description of Services: Education, peer support, consultation and community development services to foster self-help, networking and leadership development among consumer/survivors with serious mental illness and/or addictions

Services and supports include:
    • One-on-one and group support for consumer/survivors by peer support workers
    • Group sessions including Wellness Recovery Action Planning, Coping with a Mental Illness, Mood Disorders Support Group
    • Information on mental illness, medications and other resources
    • Help to consumer/survivors to navigate mental health system
    • Seminars and talks in the community on issues related to consumer/survivors

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults and youth 16 years and older who are psychiatric consumers or survivors
