  • repair of broken teeth and cavities
  • x-rays
  • removal of teeth or abnormal tissue (oral surgery)

  • treatment of gum conditions and diseases

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ontario residents 65 years and older who meet the following income requirements:
  • $25,000 or less for a single senior, or a combined annual net income of $41,500 or less for a couple
  • no other form of dental benefits, including private insurance or other government dental coverage
Application: Call or visit website for application material * submit application by mail * annual renewal of coverage required
