Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Income Support - Residents of Ontario 18 years and older who are in financial need and have a disability
Employment Support - Residents of Ontario 16 years and older who can legally work in Canada and have a disability that makes it hard to keep or find a job
Application: Income Support - Apply online or by calling or by visiting the local ODSP office
Employment Support - Call or visit the local ODSP office or download the application package online
