Description of Services: Six weekly 2-hour sessions and a follow-up session at 1 month for people experiencing MCI and their care partners focusing on optimizing cognitive health through lifestyle choices, memory training and psycho-social support

MCI Alumni Support Group: Bi-monthly support group for persons living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and their care partners who have participated in the Learning the ROPES for MCI course *new participants are admitted annually each September
