Description of Services: Driving Assessment for anyone that has a medical condition affecting driving, including requiring adaptive equipment to drive, driving anxiety, assessing driving safety, and MTO Vision Waiver Program. Rehabilitation services include in-car training, clinical treatment, and prescription of equipment for vehicle modification.

Fees: Funded through private insurance or privately paid
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People whose driving ability may be affected by an injury, change in medical condition, aging or illness * clients must be of legal driving age, seizure free for one year and meet vision standards of the Ministry of Transportation
Application: Call * referrals from other sources accepted
